When a holiday falls on a Saturday it is observed the preceding Friday. When it falls on a Sunday it is observed the following Monday.
What to expect
Requests that arrive on a holiday are queued and worked the next business day. Nothing is lost, it simply waits.
If something genuinely cannot wait, after-hours rates apply: $150 per hour with a one hour minimum.
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm Mountain Time. We do not provide support on Saturdays.
